  • How to Play With Fire for Fun and Profit

The August Nerd Nite will be a special event — our second annual Nerd Nite Lightning Talks! Instead of three 15-minute presentations, we’ll do 10 or more five-minute presentations. Start pitching your bite-sized talks!

All Twin Cities Nerd Nite events are free to the public. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Show starts at 7 p.m. Food and drinks for purchase to support St. Paul’s longest-running LGBTQ+ bar.

Drive that false-spring sorrow away! We’ve got your boring April Wednesday (4/9) covered with three shiny new presentations Think mini-TED Talks…at a bar. Doors open at 6:30pm, show starts at 7. Free event, but you can purchase libations and snacks supporting the oldest gay bar in St. Paul. Our lineup:

Nerd Nite: December 2024

What: December Nerd Nite
When: Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2024, 7 p.m.
Where: The Black Hart, St. Paul

Oh the weather outside is frightful, but the facts are so delightful. So while there’s still places to go… wow, this really fell apart. XD

We’ve got cheaters (in motorsports.) We’ve got body horror (in the classic children’s tale, Rudolph?!) Possibly sowing some wild oats (in the wintertime.) What more could you ask for? As always, admission is FREE. Order food & drinks to enjoy while you check out entertaining presentations from your fellow nerds.
